More Good Stuff You Don't Want To Miss!

I was just settling in to write this post and look what flew in my front door all the way from Australia! So, before I begin with the post I, just HAVE to share my new friend, Doreen!

Other than a bit of jet lag, my beautiful Doreen arrived in perfect condition and ready to assume her role as a much loved member of my household!

Followers of Golden Lilly Crafts will no doubt remember her! Doreen and her sister, Elizabeth, were introduced earlier this year and I fell in love and requested that Christine share the patterns.

And she did! And then she sent me Doreen! Can you believe it? Thank you so, so much, Christine. I promise to give her the best home ever. And she will be sitting on my dining table from now til Thanksgiving! I can not wait to share her with Diane.

Ok - now we must get on with this post because there are some really great things going on I simply must share! But before I do...

just look at these beautiful jars! Just received this image in my e-mail from Kathy. She has had my re-use tutorial for decorating jars with Mod Podge and dried pressed leaves in her bookmarks for some time and finally pulled dried leaves out of the leaf press (phone book - clever girl) and turned this lovely collection of jars into beautiful fall leaf candles!

Kathy doesn't have a blog at the present time. She just sent me this picture and a little thank you for the tutorial.

Thank you Kathy, for this sweet gesture. As a blogger who loves to share and hopes to inspire now and then, this little note from you meant more than you can know.

Apparently Kathy is on Facebook - Kathy Rosario - if you want to find and friend her there.
