If you need a quick little gift for a knitter - grab that bit of leftover yarn from one of your recent projects and wind it into a ball about 2" in diameter.

Cut two wood skewers 4" to 5" long.

Glue a bead on the end of each skewer and you are done!

Easy ornament gift for kids to make for teachers, grandparents, aunts ... and for you to make for mothers, sisters, and friends!

And a great little ornament for your own tree - make one for every project you have done this year!

You guys already know I am into Advent calendars big time! And you also know that I can't get through the holidays without making at least one gingerbread house!

This year I invited Diane over for a day to help me make a Gingerbread House Advent Calendar - a wild idea I got into my head last January and have been very excited to make ever since. And with a few tricks - easier than you think!

Many of you have beautiful crafty spaces like the ones featured on CRAFT recently!

I live in a very small house and other than a storage cabinet in the garage, I have no options for a crafty space.  So - my "crafty spaces" must be completely portable!

This started out to be a tutorial to show you how to make wheat stars. And then I got this idea that they could be used as wheat star frames for photos of your kids, pets or favorite relatives!  And then I got to playing around with fabrics and... well I am getting ahead of my self!
